DELIVERY
Estimated time to leave my studio is 2-4 weeks this can slightly vary depending on the delivery companies’ schedule, it typically takes 4-8 weeks to deliver to your home from purchase. Please click and read additional Policies before purchasing. Please holler at me with additional questions I will gladly answer them.
FURNITURE SHIPPING / FREIGHT
Shipping furniture typically takes 2 to 8 weeks to arrive to you from the time the delivery company arrives to me for pickups, depending on locations. Please keep in mind due to weather conditions there could be unexpected delays. Delays might occur because of bad weather and during holiday or peak times of shipping and unexpected situations. I Don't Ship Large Furniture Over Seas.
I will be in touch with you throughout the delivery process to insure things run smoothly. The item is blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped for protection. On deliveries where a customer directly pays the shipper when the items is delivered, shipping fee is due immediately before the shipment is sent.
The driver will call you to setup delivery typically a day or two prior to delivering. If the shipper attempts to deliver and the customer is not available please consider that an attempt to deliver and could possibly cause longer delivery time over and above time frame.
I cannot guarantee that the color is exact on your screen due to pixels, monitor settings, and other elements that are beyond my control.
The Vintage Lotus is not responsible for any damages that could occur during shipping/fright. The buyer takes full responsibility once it is left my facility. Shipping/Fright insurance is required. Just to be safe. Again, I am not responsible for in- transit damage. So please look it over carefully and take notes and pictures while the delivering company is still there because after you take it, you cannot file a claim with the shipping company.
SMALLER ITEM SHIPPING
Will ship small packages through USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etc.. I will find the best price for shipping. I am not responsible for in- transit lost or damaged items.
